Help us do Scotland proud at the biggest arts festival in the world (2500 productions from every corner of the globe).
Dirty Water is a light-hearted comedy set in the housing schemes of Glasgow. Jock, Crawford, Boab and Brian all work for the worst independent close cleaning service - Eger Beaver Cleaners.
The company is contracted by the council, but after a mounting number of complaints the lads will have to undergo an inspection, where their jobs lie in the balance - for this team of misfits, mopping floors isn’t as simple as it seems.
This is a comedy about friendship, love and the jobs we hate to do.
What we have achieved so far:
After two successful performances at Glasgow's Cottiers Theatre we quickly realised that the show has to be taken to a bigger audience, and what better place to platform a new show than the biggest arts festival in the world.
Dirty Water has confirmed its booking for the full runs of the festival with TheSpaceuk at Surgeons Hall from 2nd - 26th August. Our registration with the Fringe Programme was completed on 15th February.
What your donation with be used for:
Although the Fringe Festival is undoubtedly the greatest place to platform a show, it is also one of the biggest money pits in the world. Your contribution will help make this journey possible for us.
With our arts funding at zero, we still have to raise enough money to cover promotion for the show via posters, flyers, and programmes for the audience. (Above are examples of our design work by BearSwanLake from our Cottiers performance). Accommodation, travel expenses, set design and our remaining venue hire.
Thank you for your help.
