Innocent Violation focuses on a conversation between the two main characters, Simon And Emily and flashbacks of Simon and Hannah, Emily's daughter.
Emily is the mother of a 14 year old daughter, and both were befriended by Simon. They welcomed him in to their lives, only for Simon to take advantage of Emily's daughter. After pleading for a chance to explain his actions we catch up mid conversation.
Simon is explaining what happened that day, and how it was Hannah that had led him on, persuading him to take her innocence away. Not wanting to believe, and dismissing his words as lies, Emily questions Simon deeper as the disturbing story unfolds to reveal a chilling conclusion.
I am a 42 year old director, and M.D. of Dark Form Productions, a small Scottish based film production company. After studying for my Diploma in Performing Arts and Stage Management I soon realised that my true passion lay in film production. Innocent Violation is the third short film produced by Dark Form. We also work closely with The Lost Highway, who produce all of our music, and for whom we have produced two music videos - Coastline (which received a play on Sky Television's music channel Redemption), and It's A Boy. In 2010 we released a thirty five episode spoof internet reality show called Circle.
Our latest short film To Make Me Feel Your Love is currently on the international film circuit having been submitted to U.S.A, Budapest, Brazil and Paris.
The funds will be used in the following categories.

- Post Production (submissions to film festivals)
Auditions are on 29th April with filming set for the end of June over 2 days.
